939bet Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Player Rights

Welcome to 939bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you, the user, and 939bet ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your use of the website at 939bet.im, any related mobile application, and all services provided through the platform including sports betting, live casino, esports betting, and related features.

By registering an account at 939bet, accessing any part of the website, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 939bet platform.

939bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use any paid feature of 939bet — including placing bets, depositing funds, or claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals.

When registering, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Pakistan
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years or older

You are permitted to hold only one personal account at 939bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, emails, or other details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

939bet may request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to CNIC copies, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide these documents within 7 days of request may result in account suspension pending review.

939bet is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. If 939bet identifies or suspects that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and any balance held will be frozen pending investigation.

In addition to age requirements, you must:

• Be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated programme)
• Not be registering on behalf of another individual
• Not be classified as a problem gambler under any self-exclusion scheme
• Not be an employee, contractor, or family member of a 939bet employee involved in odds-setting or operations

Age and identity are formally verified when you submit your first withdrawal request. At that point, 939bet will request a clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides) and a selfie photograph. This is a one-time process and is processed within 30 minutes during operational hours. Providing false documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All transactions at 939bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 939bet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side. Standard limits and processing times are as follows:

Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified accounts. Exceptions may be permitted where the original method is no longer available — contact support in advance to arrange an alternative.

939bet reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the accounts and funds are held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, funds will be released promptly.

By placing a bet at 939bet, you agree to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are also available within each betting section of the platform and should be read alongside these general Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted when confirmed on screen and an official bet reference number is issued. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical error are not valid.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet selection is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Odds: Odds are displayed as decimals. The potential return shown at the time of bet placement is indicative and subject to final settlement. For in-play bets, odds are confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted, not at the moment it is submitted.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned before a result is determined, or if 939bet identifies a manifest error in the odds. Voided bets are refunded in full to your account balance.
• Manifest Errors: If 939bet publishes odds due to a manifest error (e.g., a cricket match priced at 0.10 instead of 1.10), 939bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the event has been settled.
• In-Play Betting: Live bets are subject to the state of play at the moment the bet is confirmed by our system. Delays between your submission and our confirmation are a normal part of live betting infrastructure.
• Result Disputes: All results are determined by official governing bodies (ICC, FIFA, ESL, etc.) as the primary source of truth. 939bet monitors official results and settles markets accordingly within the timeframes specified in each market's rules.

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute within 48 hours of settlement by contacting 939bet support with your bet reference number. Disputes raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

939bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's page explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Eligible Markets: Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, pre-match and live sports bets count at 100%, while certain casino or speciality games may count at a lower rate. Check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, a player may only claim each promotion once. Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, providing false registration information, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days depending on the offer).
• Real Money First: When a player holds both real-money and bonus-money balance, real-money stakes are used first by default unless you choose otherwise in your account settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 939bet platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account (including accounts held by family members using shared devices or payment methods without disclosure)
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other technical means to access the platform or place bets
• Exploiting identified errors in odds, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to generate undue profit
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering — using 939bet to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine betting activity
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any point of interaction with 939bet staff
• Attempting to intimidate, threaten, or harass 939bet employees or other platform users
• Using a payment method or account not registered in your own name
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account
• Placing bets in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited under local law

939bet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, the account is suspended and a review is initiated. Users are informed of the review and given an opportunity to provide clarification. Where clarification is satisfactory, the suspension is lifted. Where it confirms a breach, the account is permanently closed.

939bet may suspend or close an account at any time for any of the reasons outlined in Section 7 (Prohibited Activities), or for any other reasonable cause including but not limited to suspected fraud, compliance requirements, or failure to complete verification.

If your account is suspended for investigation, any pending bets will continue to run and settle normally unless the investigation determines that the bets themselves were placed in breach of these Terms. Your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be held and returned upon completion of any investigation that finds no wrongdoing.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 939bet support. If your account has a positive real-money balance at the time of closure request, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided identity verification has been completed and no compliance holds are active.

All content on the 939bet platform — including but not limited to the 939bet name, logo, design, software, odds data, written content, graphics, and database structures — is the intellectual property of 939bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the 939bet platform.

939bet collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer support. The full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your data rights are set out in the 939bet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

In summary, 939bet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the operation of the platform. By registering an account at 939bet, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

939bet takes its responsibility to promote safe gambling seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit maximums. Limits apply immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases take 48 hours to come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a timer that alerts you when you've been logged in and active for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily disable betting activity for a period of your choice (24 hours up to 6 weeks). Your account remains accessible for review but you cannot place bets or make deposits during a cool-off.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is processed within the same business day and lasts a minimum of 6 months. To be readmitted after self-exclusion, you must contact support and complete a mandatory cooling-off confirmation process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 939bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

939bet is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical errors or platform downtime, except where such downtime was caused by 939bet's gross negligence and affects a bet already confirmed and in progress
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures including mobile network operators, payment processors, or internet service providers
• Decisions made by governing bodies that affect the outcome or settlement of events

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 939bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

939bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect your rights, the wagering requirements on active bonuses, or the fees structure — 939bet will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections to typos, clarifications that do not alter substance, or additions of new sections that do not change existing obligations — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision in all cases.

If you disagree with an amended version of these Terms, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the 939bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 939bet is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.

For day-to-day disputes regarding bet settlement, transaction errors, or account issues, 939bet's customer support team handles the vast majority of cases without any formal process being required. Contact support in the first instance for any issue — formal dispute escalation is a last resort, not the first step.
